Dear Ubuntu Community,

My server is running Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits OS, but recently when reboot the
server, got below error at booting stage:

"reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot
device and press a key"

Access to BIOS, the harddrive is detectable, but no display for the size of
the harddrive. If replace with another harddrive, then the boot is OK.

Not sure whether or not the harddrive has problem. It has been working
fine, but just recently has booting problem.

Are there any tools, e.g. Ubuntu rescue tool etc, can help to bring this
harddrive to life? If there are, what are the tools called? and how to get
them?

Thanks for your help to rescue my harddrive !

Kind regards,
Q.S.
