set up wifi hotspot (share internet connection)

Dear all,
How could I use an existing internet connection on my laptop to create
a wifi hotspot, to share my internet connection?

I found this tutorial:

, but I'm not sure how to find "Application > System Tools > System
Settings > Network Setting > Wireless" on Xubuntu (see screenshot:

Should I install something specific?
