13.04 and graphics

I have a Asus with the Cedartrail video device/driver.  However the system
is showing Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe as the graphic device/driver.  Is this
how it should be?  I am showing 3d although very sluggish.  Better with
Cinammon 2d.

Also https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+package/libwsbm1 says that
“libwsbm1” is needed for the cedartrail drivers.  It is not installed.
Should I go ahead and install it?  That might activate the cedar trail
drivers.
