debootstrap install of xubuntu precise and quantal with lvm2 and luks

Hi everybody,
i have encountered a problem with the debootstrap install of xubuntu
precise and quantal with lvm2 and luks. After reboot he doesn't find
the boot partition. The device mapper doesn't seem to work. For
precise here is the error message and early shell output, my
configuration and the contents of initrd.img:
