The arrow of drop-down list is reversed in rtl locals.

The image used to represent the arrow has a frame that is contoured to
match the juxtaposed combobox. This frame has square corners where it
meets the combobox and rounded corners on the outside edge. In RTL
locates, since the image appears on the left of the combobox instead
of the right, the rounded and squared edges should be reversed.
