The arrow of drop-down list is reversed in rtl locals.

Can you please compare between two following pics and detect the difference:

If you can't see any difference, then focus on the button of drop-down list
arrow.

This button must flipped (button only) in right to left locals to display
as the second pic (manipulated by GIMP).
