Go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ and try and search for them.  If you
find them then add yourself to the list of users affected by clicking
on the green link "Does this bug affect you" link near the top, the
more people it affects the more likely it is to receive attention.
You can also click on the "You are not directly subscribed to this
bug's notifications" link at the right had side and ask to be notified
when the report is updated.
If you can't find them then you should report them, if no-one reports
them they likely will not get fixed, as those who can fix them may not
know that they exist.  If you need to report them then [2] should
help.
