apt-get update failing

In /etc/apt/sources.list.d I found two entries, one a partial for the 
same ppa. I got brave, deleted them both and all is well. Whew! Thanks 
to you and Liam both for pointing that out. Something being lucky counts 
as smarts. :) Ric
