It comes from the URL which I provided for you.

And regarding the instructions not working for you, they have always 
worked for me in the past.

What may be occurring in your case is that you haven't inserted the 
correct version of Ubuntu in the script.

Or that the instructions have changed so drastically and nobody has 
bothered to waste their time updating Documentation.
