Stoping Maximized Window Title to go to global panel on Unity

I am trying to circumvent few dislikes I have on Unity (2D) on by
VirtualBox

1. I moved the windows buttons to the right using gconf-editor

2. I keeped the menus on respectives windows using "sudo apt-get remove
indicator-appmenu"

Now I want that when a window is maximized its title don't go to global top
panel.

And, if possible add a panel for running applications
