Stoping Maximized Window Title to go to global panel on Unity

Hello Valter,

This should go to the Unity Design Team, as this is not a problem, it is a Unity feature. This was implemented to add space to the app, and create less distractions. I will forward this to the Unity Design Team. Thanks!
