I need the exact command line structure to do a fsck on an external usb HDD with a NTFS file system (BTW the system can't mount the drive, says there's MFT issue)

	I suggest getting your hands on the SysInternals/WinTernals Emergency 
Recovery Disc.
	Or the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows: http://www.ubcd4win.com/
which runs (i believe) Windows PE.
