What program for authoring flowcharts

I've used a number of these programs over time. dia is a bit rough
around the edges, and the UML packages (argo, star) don't really
include classic flowchart designers. Using Oo works to a degree, but
doesn't quite have the robustness of a visio (although it does seem to
be getting further). I've also looked at lucidchart and diagramly(sp?)
but both of these are online programs, which you may not want.
