Easiest way is:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lexical/hwe-wireless
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install rtl8192ce-dkms

If you already did that once then what you do with a new kernel is go into
synaptic package handler with the new kernel and using wired network
connection, type rtl in the quick search box and click reinstall on the
driver. Apply and a reboot should have your wireless working again! As a side
note, they seem to have finally added it to the kernel in 12.04!! ...but
kmail is a pain to get going. :(
