So do I Rikona, but I doubt the server would pass that file if I attached
it, its like 89 kilobytes.
FWIW, heres an ls -l of that dir.
gene at coyote:/etc/udev/rules.d$ ls -l
total 100
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 85808 2011-07-10 13:31 60-libsane.rules
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 848 2012-06-25 14:47 70-persistent-cd.rules
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 605 2012-06-25 14:25 70-persistent-net.rules
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 101 2010-07-27 21:03 99-rtai.rules
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1157 2010-04-19 05:30 README
It is the 60-libsane.rules that I "borrowed". Perhaps it needs added to
the sane package? I suspect if it was to be added, that would put a stop
to the barrage of "my scanner doesn't work" mewling by wannabe windows
escapees?
Tell you what, I'll put a copy on my web page, look in the Genes-os9-stf
sublink at the address below. Done, be my guest.
Cheers, Gene
