Workspaces and workspace switcher

You can use Ctrl+Alt+Arrow (up down left or right) to switch around
the desktops.  Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Arrow will move the current window to
the desktop in that direction.

Hold down the Super (Windows) key to get a summary of keyboard shortcuts.

I can't help with the other stuff.
