That is correct UNTIL you install proprietary drivers. And they won't
run ~correctly~ without an xorg.conf file. If you want to go plain Jane
vanilla non-accelerated SVGA then forgo the xorg.conf file bother.
My intentions were to get him to do something easy first, before digging
around in his bios. Ric
