Yes. For example my card uses the 96.43.19 driver:
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: Quadro4 900 XGL/AGP/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 1.5.8 NVIDIA 96.43.19
