problem here is, you need to d/l all the headers to do any search and 
that search will only be good for the headers - better to use google and 
let them deal with the archiving, IMO.

Also, there is a time out setting in config
dom.max_chrome_script_run_time
which you may increase a bit to see if it helps.  I used to get that 
message once in a while some versions back but haven't seen it since I 
went to beta (now TB 7.0).
