Is it possible change 11.04 program list as 10.10?

The Gnome3 fallback Session is quite similar to the Gnome Classic
Desktop. It's available in 11.10 (and most likely in later versions,
too), but not installed by default.
If you just want the Gnome Classic application menu in Unity have a look
