I wish I had gotten that lady... or she's the result of my bad press all
over the net about their shoddy quality. You may thank me for my
tireless efforts to stench up their name. They just told me I was out of
luck and there are plenty of people on the Logitech feedback page
raising hell about shoddy products with tinsel wiring inside. I asked if
they would just repair/replace the Xmas Tree tinsel wiring inside the
headset? And I pointed out that if the looked at what I was looking at,
that would make my case for me. Just a simple repair. Got turned down
then too. Then I got nasty... promised them the "Hell of a Thousand
Cuts" and that I would parade my displeasure all over the Internet.
"Ah... is there anything else I can do for you today, Sir?" I really
wanted to tell him, yes there was..." :) Ric
