My wife's Logitech wireless mouse started to pack it in..slow
response..no response etc etc. I emailed Logitech asking for
advice. Did a couple of the things they suggested (re-installed software
etc etc)...didn't solve the problem. Then the nice tech lady said " I
think Logitech software should last longer than 3 years...we'll send you
a new one...(the guarantee was for a year) I expected a new mouse....I
got a complete new wireless keyboard and mouse for her. So don't
badmouth Logitech to me :)
