i got a problem, please help me

 Dear Sir


I downloaded ubuntu 11.04 from ubuntu.com. Now while i am trying to install
ubuntu inside windows in my laptop, i get a error message saying "The NTFS
partition could not be unmounted ". I want to install ubuntu and use it.
Please help me.
