Google Chrome: Move arrows

THE Ubuntu Unity Toolbar. If you overshoot, it pops up. I overshoot. A
LOT. I figured I wasn't the only one & there would be a fix. I'm
starting to grow tired of the location of the toolbar. I didn't want
to bitch right away so I've tried it all this time, but it's REALLY
frustrating. Rather than ditch Ubuntu, is there a way to move buttons
away from the side of the screen near the toolbar?
