Internet connection issue

This may be a stupid question, how what are my NIC settings and how do I
access them? I'm not the biggest expert on networking, so I do apologize
if this is something I should know.

Once I figure out how to set the MTU on my NIC settings, I'll install
that package as well. Thanks for the help!
