Logout from Unity session?

Thank you for your answers. I really hope there IS a Logout command in
that menu (although the powerbutton icon (glyph) is also there in the
live-cd session)  when installed... I'm suspicious however; why would it
be different for a live-cd? There has never been any differences in
desktop settings...

Also, changing the default session is nice, but it doesn't solve the
problem of some quick checks for which I need to log in and out several
times. Now, I guess I won't be needing that anymore with a live-cd, but
if I'm  not able to logout from the session on the installed version,
I'd find that quite annoying because I need that...

Or perhaps I'll wonder again if I'm crazy? ;)
