companies selling Ubuntu preinstalled?

I wanted to buy a laptop with Linux preinstalled.

I was only able to find 1 or 2 antiquated (read: Celeron CPU or such)
models from the big companies (Dell, HP), some pretty good looking
machines from System76[1], LinuxCertified[2] and yet one more company
which I can no longer find.

A bit disappointing.

The two small companies don't seem to sell their laptops to Europe,
where I'm located, so even more disappointing (i.e. I'd also need a
qwertz keyboard layout with the laptop which is used in my country).

Is there some "official" list of companies selling hardware running
Ubuntu, including model IDs? I noticed that there is a "Certified
hardware" on Ubuntu's website[3], but it's:

- very doubtful - i.e. I see my Acer Aspire One on this list, which
doesn't work that well,

- most of this hardware, although certified, has to be bought with
Windows license - while I don't intend to use it, so why pay for it?

- it contains hardware no longer sold, i.e. it's not a type of a list
"want to support Linux? chose this vendor/model, which is sold with
Linux and modern"

In short, I'd like to find a "Buy Ubuntu hardware" link on Ubuntu
website, where I could choose a laptop/PC with Ubuntu preinstalled
(and/or, links to vendors/models offering such hardware).
