Grub not working

Chhatoi, yes, a very good question indeed.

The fact is
o  the blank screen is due to that it is booting up a singular OS
o  there can be no way grub-legacy be fresh-installed on 11.04.
o  there is no issue with grub2 performance, ie resolution or otherwise.

So, in a prudent situation, a conclusion can be deduced without the need 
to call into question the integrity or competence of anyone.
