Stop logs on terminal

Just noticed the reply above!

All the VTs have logs being displayed?! Can you post "/etc/rsyslog.conf"?

I'm not familiar with webmin. It must not have read access to
"/proc/sys/kernel/printk" because it cannot be blank. "cat
/proc/sys/kernel/printk" should return four numbers.
