Unity, where are my windows ?

Just to clarify, super +w does show a list of open windows just not the gajim roster. I suspect this 
might have something to do with it minimizing to tray to which it no longer appears. I've switched 
to classic gnome so I can get work done. Hopefully I'll have some more time to play around with it 
later.
