Remaster Ubuntu 10.04 desktop install CD

Hi,

I'd like to create my own remastered Ubuntu 10.04 desktop install CD. On 
a normal desktop install, I uninstall quite a lot of packages, and 
install some too. Since I do this quite often - all the time in fact - I 
thought it would be nice to have my own customized install CD/DVD.

There seem to be quite a few receipts around on the internet, which seem 
to take different approachs. Can anyone suggest a curt pointer to a 
no-bullshit HOWTO that's known to work?
