Use apt-cacher during install ?

I don't know if you can tell the installer to use apt-cacher or 
apt-cacher-ng (which I am using).

If you use the minimal install cd [1], you can edit your sources before 
installing all packages.


Another solution would be to use a proxy server an to redirect the 
apt-traffic to your apt-cacher, as explained in this German wiki [2]
