As someone else pointed out, I was wrong - that's the sensitivity *for
turning on acceleration*. I think I misunderstood it because I've always
had to speed my mice up - and setting acceleration sensitivity really
high meant that the mouse basically went into accelerated mode as soon
as I moved it. From my point of view, the sensitivity setting was a
speed setting. But it does seem I was wrong on that one.

"Accel"? Looks like it too may be an acceleration factor rather than a
speed factor.
