Swap sources.list

Hi,

I have a specific case wherein I have two sources.list one is global
and other is local so global is denied when i am in office and allowed
once i am
out of office so is there a way to switch it automatically meaning
once in office point to local and out of office point to global is
that possible ?

so sources.list.globalmirror and sources.list.localubuntumirror

Please suggest/guide
