Wireless Issues

Additional drivers wants to connect to the internet. Doesn't. Then says "no additional drivers installed".
Package manager-search for b43-nothing shows up.
It seems these 2 files are needed, but I can't find them.
Looked for them online, but the link opens up with the actual code itself??
