Upgrade from 6.06 LTS to 10.04 LTS

Change to dapper as dapper is only in
http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[1] - hardy is in
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[2]. dapper probably was moved from
archive to old-releases in June.

I think what they are trying to do is to get you to fully update dapper
before you move on to hardy. After that is done, you can then update
your /etc/apt/sources.list to http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/.

You really should test on a test server first.
