Sure we can. But new hardware sometimes comes out with unexpected
gotchyas, and the Kernel developers have to catch up and fix the
problems *after* the hardware is available to a dev.... and then you
have to wait for the distros to pick up the patches..... in short, when
buying bleeding edge hardware, you have to either verify that it works
with linux or risk getting cut.
