There are two updates (as of today): VirtualBox 4.0.6 and VirtualBox
4.0.6 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack -
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads. Today's 4.0.6 Oracle VM
VirtualBox Extension Pack replaced the VirtualBox 4.0.4 Oracle VM
VirtualBox Extension Pack and the updated 4.0.6 VirtualBox now contains
an updated VirtualBox 4.0.6 Guest Additions replacing the previous
VirtualBox 4.0.5 Guest Additions pre-release.
Guest additions info is here:

VBox is now up to 4.0.6 as of today. However I just came across these
bug reports that may help:
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virtualbox-guest-additions/+bug/738330>
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virtualbox-ose/+bug/749602>
Rather than installing the 4.0.6 Extention pack, install
'virtualbox-ose-guest-x11' from within the 11.04 guest.
$ sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose-guest-x11
Reboot the guest & then check Additional Drivers to see if the Ubuntu
version is installed & activated.
Note: the version is 4.0.4, but works for me on the Win7 host, Natty
11.04 guest. I came across those today when I was trying to figure out
why 'Auto-resize Guest Display' was checked but greyed out.

See above. Also, from within a terminal on the natty guest, try David's
command:
$ /usr/lib/nux/unity_support_test -p
To see if you get 'Unity supported: yes'.
