Kaushal, Thanks for you interest in Unity!

Unity is an interface build on top of Gnome 2.x series and is being
developed to replace Gnome Shell sporting Gnome 3 in Ubuntu. So for sure,
you are not going to get Gnome 3 for default in Ubuntu. To install Gnome 3
use any PPA's.
