My point in the most political way possible. If someone asks for help.
Give them help, and nothing more! Don't give them grief or poke fun
because of their inability to use google, or look at past threads on the
list. JUST HELP!

I threw in the colourful language to illustrate my disappointment at the
LEVEL OF TIME the uber regulars take to tell people HOW to find help,
rather than helping. I'd rather take the ten seconds to answer, rather
then 2 mins to complain that I had a question.

Also, it provides LOADS more material for GOOGLE, YAHOO, BING and every
other spider, so the HUNDREDS of people who DO USE GOOGLE, and other
search engines will find answers quicker, and not see the petty BITCHING
of the uber regs when people ask for help.

I will continue to make my point and stand up against people that say -
YOU SHOULD GO TO GOOGLE, or it didn't take me long to find it via
google. without actually putting an answer in their response. Those type
of people and those responses really piss me off, and also makes all the
new guys who make that mistake think "What an asshole" when they get
that response.

So, beware those who answer with snarky remarks or complain that they
are being asked to help, or that the email came through, or that the
question has been asked before, or done to death. WE ALL GET THE EMAILS,
we all have busy lives, we all are giving our time, or taking our time
to participate in this. Your time is no more important that mine, or
indeed the person who took the time to sign up, and ask in the first
place. So as I said earlier -

If someone asks for help. Give them help, and nothing more! Don't give
them grief or poke fun because of their inability to use google, or look
at past threads on the list. JUST HELP! Or ignore the email.

Anyone who doesn't like it - BITE MY SHINY METAL ASS!
