Sure. You can either VNC or NX into the music machine to control.
You can also just set the music machine to use pulse audio; that way you
can control the music from the main machine & have it play via the music
machine. For example; I have multiple test machines that have no
speakers connected to them. In order to actually hear what is playing on
the test machine, I use pulse audio to connect to the machine with
speakers.
