ubuntu 10.10 gnome-terminal response a bit slow than before

htop has the disadvantage of when you press quit (q) the data disappears
from the terminal. Hence you can't do a cut & paste to this for
troubleshooting etc. top on the other hand allows me to do this (I've
not reformated for email as I'm too lazy to do so now):

Try that with htop & let me know how you go.
