WTF?! NO floppy in Lucid or in Meerkat!

Thanks for this - I did see it but one has to make a selection as to 
what seems plausible to try and this one didn't cut the mustard (so to 
speak).

BUT, but, now see my update to my reply to Christopher which also covers 
this fstab thingie.
