I really wonder what criteria you are using. I use both and, from a
GUI perspective, I prefer Fedora's colour scheme but Ubuntu and Fedora
are so similar that you can move from one to the other without the
slightest learning curve.
You could say that GNOME is getting more like Windows and that Ubuntu
and Fedora therefore are getting more like Windows...
Squeeze is no different. The colour scheme is more neutral but the
interface is exactly the same as Ubuntu and Fedora's GNOME setups.
