Query Regarding Fedora and Ubuntu Dual Boot & Linux Distro

Well I have resolved the first issue. . . .solution is Fedora and Ubuntu
can't work together means you cannot dual boot them. Solution is install
either Ubuntu/Fedora and run the other in VBox / VMware / any other
virtualization application.

But my 2nd problem. . .How to create Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop customized Distro
?

Take for Example.
I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 from 700 MB install.
Then I have installed several programs like codeblocks, gimp, pigdin, VBox,
themes, and many others consuming space around 2.5 GB. Now I want to create
a installation media using this configuration of packages.(it's called Linux
Distribution(distro)).
I will be using this to install it on several other computers I have.
