Command to scale up CPU?

Hi Dotan,

If you enabled the CPU scaling on the BIOS just put your system under
load and you'll see it moving to 2GHz. You shouldn't have to do
anything.

Here:
model name      : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU         T7200  @ 2.00GHz
cpu MHz         : 1000.000

After running one of the cpuburn commands:

model name      : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU         T7200  @ 2.00GHz
cpu MHz         : 2000.000

The freq selector software is usually needed when you want to manage
this to pin it down to max perf (and waste power) or to a lower number
to reduce power consumption to save battery.

This laptop is getting old, I should start looking for a replacement...
