I can't access this partition from "Files & Folders" so I've got "File Manager" on the bar. Talk to me, what am I missing/doing wrong? I should mention I'm dual booted with Windows XP which I use only when absolutely necessary.
You aren't doing anything wrong. UNE interface for 10.10 is kinda
brain dead. I think it looks pretty and would be ok if netbooks were,
you know, zippy enough to handle all the pretty, but they aren't. The
10.10 UNE has been very disappointing so far - I think I'm going to go
back to 10.04 as soon as I can get some time to make the requisite
changes.

Not good enough for Republicans. Peter Diamond, a 70-year-old
economist at MIT, just won the Nobel Prize in Economics. Peter
Diamond, the very same 70-year-old economist at MIT, was appointed to
the Federal Reserve in April by President Obama but has had his
confirmation blocked by Senate Republicans who doubt his economic
qualifications for the job. Strange place that United States.
