It means replace the above with "ppa:loell/ppa" (in your case).
But as Cybe states it'll end up with a 404. Probably due to the fact
that the i386 (32-bit) package's build status is 'failed', the amd64
(64-bit) package seems to be available.
I'd contact the PPA maintainer to see if he/she'll try to re-build i386.
If not, you can try to download and locally install the karmic .debs
(there's two packages for karmic), but it's questionable if that will
succeed if dependencies have changed.
