Sound Problem with ubuntu 10.10

Hello everyone,

i've successfully installed my ubuntu 10.10 few days ago, everything's
working fine except my sound.
when i'm playing audio/video files (ogg, mp3, avi...) with players like
movie player/ryhtmnbox; after 2 or 5 min i'm receving this error
pa_stream_writable_size() failed: connection terminated

i had a look on the internet but there are no real and/or good information
on how to resolve/understand that problem.

will appreciate any help on resolving that problem.
