ubuntu one set problem

I have no idea about any 'ubuntu one icon' next to the clock, but if I
remember right, the way you add your computer is: 
     1. Go to "System > Preferences > Ubuntu One" 
     2. Devices Tab 
     3. Click the button under the icon for the local machine... I think
        it's called 'Add this machine' or something like that. You may
        have to sign into your account first on the 'Account' tab.
